Reflection: This is a post test from an IPE plan that I used to analyze a students progress throughout the smelter to see if my teaching was effective.
The post test assessment relates to Element 5. 1 in the following manner:
This was a formal assessment used using the TGMD2. To monitor a students grow within the psychomotor domain. Also Affective and cognitive dominos are represented. I was able to reflect on my students learning to progress my teaching.
Element 5.3: Utilize the reflective cycle to implement change in teacher performance, student learning and instructional goals and decisions.

Reflection: Receiving this letter was one of my most rewarding moments as a Physical educator. Justice was a difficult girl to keep on task but my the end of my 356 experience she was fully paying attention and staying motivated even sending me very nice emails and letters. The letter Justice sent me gave me a chance to look back and reflect on what I did correctly and also incorrectly to make the changes that helped her in both the affective and psychomotor categories.
The Letter from Justice relates to Element 5.3 in the following manner:
I used reflection over the previous lessons to find out what method works best for Justice to stay focused and engaged. The letter really told me what she was excited about from the work I did with her and I am able to take that and apply that to my teaching.
