Element 4.1: Demonstrates effective verbal and non verbal communication skills across a variety of instructional formats.

Reflection: This was a letter I wrote to my student's parents to tell about their daughters improvement over the semester that I was able to work with her. It also explained the tasks she still needed work with and thanked them for her time and participation.
The Letter to the student's parents relates to Element 4.1 in the following manner:
This was a demonstration of effective non-verbal communication skills in the field of Adapted Physical Education.
Element 4.6: Implement strategies to help students demonstrate responsible personal and social behaviors in a productive learning environment.

Reflection: This lab was used in my 356 adapted experience class. It focused on building basic motor skill and teaching the girls new activities but most importantly was its role in the affective domain. Utilizing trust falls the girls learned responsible social behavior while maintaing a safe environment.
The The trust lab relates to Element 4.6 in the following manner:
The trust labs goal was to teach two girls that had behavioral problems to work together and trust each other in order to successfully complete the objectives of the lab. This made for a mrs positive and save learning environment.
