Reflection: My daily and weekly physical activity was listed and evaluated for living a healthy lifestyle. It was a standard week in my life during freshmen year.

The Fitness Log gives a valid look into my physically active life style and personal fitness.
Element: 2.2: Achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of fitness throughout the program.
Artifact: German Sports Badge (Deutsches Reichssportabzeichen)

Reflection: While I was studying aboard in the German Sport University I took a class called German Sport Culture. In this class I participated in the German Sports Badge Test. This tests consists of passing physical tests in multiple sports aspects Including, 3K run, 50 meter sprint, shot put, Long jump, and 200 meter swim. Fulfilling requirements/times for each. This tests reflects Germanys commitment to healthy individuals and is popular amongst all ages it also shows my competency in a wide range of sport and movement. This shows that I achieved and maintained a healthy level of physical fitness because after 3 years a cortland I was able to easily pass every aspect of the test.

Proof of high level of physical fitness over a wide variety of sport in the past three years of the program.
